I work in mental health & have a mental health diagnosis myself, and I have facilitated groups where we talk about triggers and making a plan for when they come up. Usually, the responses in the group are not as specific as the ones you have described here. They are more along the lines of self-soothing or using some grounding techniques, which can mean different things to different people. Yours are next level! Thank you for posting this!
