okay this felt like a warm, slightly chaotic pep talk from someone who’s been in the trenches...

the pajamas + dry shampoo line made me feel seen immediately

and the whole “progress is sometimes just not falling apart” thing? yeah. that landed

this didn’t hype me up, it steadied me. i really liked that~

Thank you. That means a lot. Sometimes steady is all I’m aiming for, honestly—I figure there’s enough “rah-rah!” in the world, and not enough love for surviving in pajamas with questionable hair. I’m so glad the messy, real parts resonated. If my words helped you feel a bit more grounded, or less alone in just getting through, then I’m grateful. We’re all just figuring it out, one un-glamorous day at a time—and I’m right there with you.

Thank you for sharing this. There’s such a quiet strength in turning pain into something creative—and it honestly takes so much courage. I really relate to what you said about the weight not having to stay forever. It’s easy to forget that we can let some of it go, even after carrying it for so long.

I love how you describe healing as an everyday practice, not a one-time thing, and how that practice shows up in your work—with your clients, with your family, and most of all with yourself. That ripple effect is real.

Congratulations on putting your voice out there, both on Substack and YouTube. I know how vulnerable that can feel but also how healing it is, for both writer and reader. Your journey is a reminder that self-understanding really can open doors, not just for ourselves, but for everyone around us. Thank you for standing in your truth, and for letting us witness it.
